From an article in last Saturday's Daily Telegraph about the launch of a new range of low-fat ice creams:

"So Lambert ended up working for a friend of his parents, who ran a cattle breeding firm. It became the country's biggest private supplier of bull semen to dairy farmers and later expanded into making own-label ice cream."
