... about the Severn Barrage, and other alternative energy generation projects. Funnily enough it's all rather nicely summed up in this week's New Scientist.

I still reckon that if you're desperate to please everyone you'll get nowhere, and ultimately end up pleasing no-one. It would be nice, just for once, to have a leader who leads.
