Or not.

I just went to Amazon; can't order the book as it's "not available in America" according to the Book of Souls page. Buggers.

Hope it's just a temporary glitch...

Not sure what's up with Amazon US, but another friend was having difficulty too. Hopefully it will resolve itself.
